QC   testing  is carried out with all speakers  to ensure  when  you  fit  your speaker kit  it will  work and sound  excellent  the first time 

·         Speakers  and Crossover    components  values  are  all   measured   tested  and matched  in left & right   pairs

·         Speakers  mechanical   resonance    check  for loose spider  voice coil termination  and cone  

·         Speakers  and Crossover  are  matched  in   marked for  Left & Right  speaker to ensure the best sound

·         Speakers  and Crossover are  Phase and  pulse tested from 0 Hz to  100Khz   with  LMS Loudspeaker Analyser

·         Speakers  and Crossover   in fully finished Kits are Acoustic phase  measured with  HP 3562A Dynamic Signal Analyser  in Test  Enclosure
